Hi! Hi! Hi! I'm Selena!

And here's a little about me, my why and my story:

I started cooking at a very young age, 9 to be more precise. I watched food network every single morning, I started building meal plans, little cookbooks, and I was journaling about dreaming of becoming a chef one day. It’s been here my whole life.. Along with passion, I have always had a lingering passion for food and nutrition. From when I first moved out at 19, following Jamie Oliver recipe books and taking photos of them. Going to culinary school when I was 21, working in kitchens, absolutely knowing it wasnt the right fit for me. I then started a food instagram at the age of 23, posting my creations and loving the photography aspect of it. Fast forward, I went to nutrition school when I was 27, and now here we are at 29, I have a website I am in love with, beautiful clients who trust me and who I am able to help gain confidence in food and every aspect of their health. And here you are going on the journey with me. Thank you for being here. 


My goal is to help you turn food into something that isn’t thought of as a negative or restrictive, and help you find that sustainable way of eating. A big focus will be on finding quick, nutritious meals YOU enjoy to cook and eat, always having a large focus on protein.

My Progress

Lets talk about the left photo: my lifestyle was go to the gym 5x a week, under eat whole foods, over eat junk food, drink every weekend and then do it again. I had fun, I did my thing, I was young!! But I was always chasing how to get fit. And truly had no idea how..

And the right photo: this girllll, she was beginning to understand food, and nutrition, and how much our bodies loved whole foods!! This is the time where I began to eat more protein and just food in general, train in the gym 4x a week and slowed the drinking way down! 

I am now in a place where food is used as something positive, something that fuels my workouts, and something that I truly enjoy. I eat more then ever, and feel better then ever.
