This is where you’ll find everything coaching, food, recipes, workouts, client results, progress photos, me being me. Hi hi, my name is Selena, also known as Selena Marie Nutrition, I am originally from The Comox Valley, which is a small town on Vancouver Island. I moved to Calgary Alberta in 2021, I was craving change, I was craving growth.. I threw myself outside of my comfort zone, and started to really learn. I dove into school, learning about nutrition, focusing on my own goals, learning what food really helped me with, and I got to a point where I knew I wanted to share this information with other women struggling with similar things.
