INGREDIENTS
1 cup natural peanut butter
⅓ cup real maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops (60g) protein powder
1 cup quick oats
⅓ cup hemp hearts
½ cup mini chocolate chips, optional
DIRECTIONS
Combine all wet ingredients in a large bowl, mix together.
Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and mix until fully combined. It will seem too dry but keep mixing, it will come together. I used a spatula for the beginning then switched to my hands to finish combining.
Once everything is combined, add chocolate chips and mix. Then put it in the fridge to sit for 20 minutes. When that time is up form into 16 balls, I wet my hands a little bit to prevent sticking.
